Unitary and unity of Indonesia:
Part Discussion:
Part 1: The meaning of Unitary
and Unity
Part 2: To be struggled to become
Indonesia Unitary
Part 3: Characteristics of every
district in Indonesia
Mas Heri tells me about Indonesia
Unitary and that we are all one and together. Like we have many islands that
are separated but we are still all one.
From the picture that Mas Heri sent
what makes Indonesian people become peaceful even though they have many
differences? Very good answer Syafiq
I think that we are all one and
together even though we have many different like religion, skin color,
tradition, where we are born from. Because we all have still the same value and
we are all human.
The meaning of Unitary and unity of
Indonesia
Unitary is combination or bound several parts into one.
Whereas the Unity means the state of being a whole. Union will gave birth to
kesa lord, while Unity will maintain as unity. Both come from the word
"one".
To be struggled to become Indonesia
Unitary
There are alot of heroes which
sacrificed themselves for Indonesia Unity. They risked their lives to fight for
the independence for its nation and we have to thank those who sacrificed
because they got Indonesia where it is now.
We also need to realize the
physical struggle and the Non-physical struggle: The non-physical struggle:
election, political movements,
education, and culture.
Example can be the Budi Utomo on
May 20, 1908, and it is celebrated as the National Awakening Day. Same with October
28th, 1928, is the movement of fighting for Independence.
Physical can be sacrificing
yourself to get Indonesia Independence.
Assignment:
Find a struggle poem.
Struggle Poem named
"Aku" made by Chairil Anwar.
When my time
comes
I want to hear
no one’s cries
Nor yours
either
Away with all
who cry!
Here I am, a
wild beast
Driven out of
the herd
Bullets may
pierce my skin
But I’ll keep
on,
Carrying
forward my wounds and my pain,
Attacking,
Attacking
Until suffering
disappears
And I won’t
care anymore
I want to live
another thousand years.

in our State
Chapters
0.1: Introduction
1: The Meaning of Culture
2: Religious Diversity
3: Cultural Diversity
4: Exercise
Here are the 36 different
traditions which are in Indonesia
Introduction
You should know that the cultural
diversity is related to the diversity ethnic group.
Like if there are more tribes in
a country there will be more culture and that is an example of Indonesia which
has hundreds of different of tribes and many cultures.
It could be cultural arts, area,
traditions, ceremonies, homes, household appliances, work and etc...
The Meaning of Culture
The term culture is used in
Indonesia with an absorption word, namely culture. Culture is related to human
minds and reason. Culture is also a pattern or a way of life that is developed
by a group of people, then it is passed on to the next generation.
In Culture there are:
A: Folklore Songs
B: Regional Dances
C: Traditions and Ceremonies
D: Traditional Houses and
Villages
A. In culture there are Folklore
Songs or traditional songs or cultural songs.
Every culture have their own
traditional song. There are about 300 traditional / folklore songs which among
them are Bungong Jeumpa which come from Aceh, Sinanggar Tulo from Tapanuli, and
Kampung Nan Jauh, Mato Minang, Lancang Kuning, from Malaysia.
These are the main instruments
that they use in the Traditional Songs
(then mas heri show me videos of
different traditional songs)
B. There are also Regional Dances
which come along with Traditional songs
There are many difference
cultural dances or regional dances. One of the most famous dances which is from
Indonesia was actually the opening ceremony of the Asian Games in 2018. It is
the Saman dance which originates from Aceh.
Fun Fact: The
dance was performed by 1,600 high school students in Jakarta and was broadcast
to all Asian countries.
There are
hundreds of Traditional Dances, so here are few examples:
Tari Tor-Tor from Batak, Tari Jaipong from Sunda, Pakarena
from Sulawesi, Cendrawasih Dance from Papua, and etc...
C. There are also Cultural Traditions and Ceremonies too.
There many traditions and ceremonies in Indonesia and one of
the famous ceremonies is located in Papua and it’s called the stone burning
ceremony.
Another is in Bali where people will perform ceremonies
where they burn corpse called Ngaben.
In Sulawesi they perform the Rambu Solo ceremony to deliver
the corpse. Once then the corpse is not buried but it is kept inside a cave on
a high cliff wall.
There are many other Cultural Traditions and Ceremonies in
the world too.
D. Then the last one is Traditional Houses.
There are many Traditional houses namely Sumatra,
Kalimantan, and Sumatra Sulawesi.
The general structure of Traditional house are on stilts and
the floor is not on the ground but rather on a wooden platform to guard against
if there is a flooding and possible wild animal.
In Sumatra the traditional house is called Krong Bade, Bolon
House, Gadang house, and the last one is the Limas house and they are the
houses on high poles so they aren't touching the floor.
In Kalimantan the traditional called Banjar house and in
Sulawesi the traditional house is called, Balla's house and Walewangko's house
and they both are on stilts too.

C1. Islam
Here is a fact about Islam. The religion began to enter the
archipelago during the 7th century and grew rapidly during the 13th century and
was brought by the traders from Arabia, India, and China. God in Islam is
Allah. His teachings were also conveyed by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Muslim are

Today Mas Heri will teach me
about:
Collaborate and work together
Chapters:
1: Cooperation and Culture of
Gotong royong
2: The Important Value of the
Cooperation and Mutual Cooperation
3: The Foundation of the Character
of Cooperation and Mutual Cooperation
4: Exercise
Introduction
Major work like the Suramadu
bridge to Youtefa bridge as mentioned are clear examples of people working
together and mutual assistance. Many real works of cooperation and Mutual
cooperation others that can be emulated
in the life of the nation and state.
Cooperation
and Culture of Gotong royong
Definition of Collaboration and
Teamwork
What is the meaning of Cooperation and Gotong Royong?
Cooperation is an activity or a business which is carried
out by several people to achieve a common goal.
Collaboration is not only one by people but also done by
intuitions or organizations. Such as interschool cooperation or
intergovernmental cooperation.
The meaning of gotong royong is "to work together"
or teamwork. Working together involves more than 2 people. The difference is
mutual cooperation does not only involve a few people but alot of people.
The Meaning of Cooperation
Humans are social creatures who cannot live alone. Around us
are buildings, schools, blackboards, to bridges, and more. They all exists
because humans work together. Their respective homes to us also exist because
of cooperation.
Without cooperation, human life will be difficult and
possibly human will be extinct because lost to another stronger being.
Collaboration happens because there is a common goal. To form a nation, several
people must work together first. Like formulating the basis of the state first.
Then some people arrange the government.
The Culture of Working Together
Gotong Royong is also an activity with the community in a neighbourhood
too. In general, these activities are physical work in the form of mutual
cooperation like building a house, doing farm work in a rice field, cleaning
the roads, taking out people trash etc...
The most common form of mutual cooperation is voluntary work
between neighbours to clean the environment or make facilities and public infrastructure,
such as neighbourhood roads or shared parks. Everything is done voluntarily, no
one is paid.
Cooperation is an activity where several people work
together to achieve a common goal. While gotong royong is to work with many
people in a society.
There are number of important values of cooperation and
gotong royong. It includes mutual understanding, mutual respect, mutual
assistance, overcome each other’s
shortcomings, to strengthen togetherness. The Fifth can be described as
follows:
Important Score Cooperation and
Mutual Cooperation
To Understand each other
The basic thing that is necessary in society in understanding.
Not only understand yourself but understand everyone else. Every family member,
every friend, and everyone at school. Collaboration and mutual cooperation will
encourage to understand more people.
Tolerance each other
If it’s not enough to understand, between members of a group
or society either need to respect each other. Everyone has advantages and
disadvantages. Like different religion or culture or tribe etc...
Cooperation and gotong royong also encourages community
members’ mutual respect. Behind each other short comings, everyone turns out to
always have an advantage.
Help Each other
Helping each other is a part of cooperation. As in community
life Subak group. They make regulation of water for all of the farmers.
Likewise in the culture of Marsia found in Batak. Currently residents help
cultivate a farmer's land, the next day the farmer who was assisted changed
help other farmers.
Help people with a weakness
This is also an important value of cooperation and gotong
royong as in the double games of badminton. Generally short people are in the
front and the tall people are in the back.
Overcoming each other disabilities is also described in
one's cooperation like a blind person or a person who is paralyzed. The blind
can carry who is paralyzed or pushing him in a wheel chair. While paralyzed can
give the direction by giving a signal to the blind.
To strengthen the togetherness
It's the same weight to carry, light. It is necessary old
saying noticed in society. No party may be more advantaged or more
disadvantaged in society life. Sweet and Bitterness needs to be felt together.
The Foundation of the Character of
Cooperation and Mutual Cooperation / The 4 Characters
Peaceful Life
The peaceful life is the blue character. It is the character
who loves peace and a harmonious life. Like to help friends be positive and
good at gratitude. ( Blue Character )
