Parallel lines are lines which are the same on opposite ends and do not come in contact with each other. For example: A B | C D. Like a rectangle, trapezoid, The parking slots, Parallel parking, and more…

Perpendicular lines are lines which come in contact with each other, they can intersect each other like a + and if the angle is 90 degrees, you can call it a right angle. And if you go all around it is a full 360 degrees.  Examples can be: Window panes, and also roads like this one: Belmont and Cicero Street:

A Transversal line are lines in which a line intersects threw 2 lines. Example: Line chart

Vertical angles are angles which are on the opposite sides. Like this:

Chart

The coloured numbers are meant to show that the other same coloured number both have the same angle degree. For example: If 1 is 95 degrees, then 3 is also 95 degrees. To get the green, just minus the pink with 180 degrees. For example: 180 – 95 degrees = 85 degrees. That means 2 and 3 are 85 degrees angle. ( Same example for orange and blue too ).

This is also another example of Vertical angle too. Sometimes the bottom one can also be the same for the top one too. So we can make it more simple by just making the 4 colours to only 2 colours. So instead of Pink, green, orange, and blue, we can make it only pink and blue.

Supplementary Angles / Linear pair:

Two angles which forms a line ( total of 180 degrees angle ).

Another example of this but less complicated:

Again we can get the answer by just minus the 72 by 180 so it will be 108 degrees. And then we can do the same thing for the other opposite side. 1 and 4 are the same, 2 and 3 are the same, 5 and 8 are the same, and 6 and 7 are the same. Or 1, 4, 5, and 8 are the same, and 2, 3, 6, and 7 are the same.

Corresponding Angles

Corresponding Angles are two angle which that occupy corresponding position:

1. The top part of 1 is A, C = 60 degrees. B, D = 120 degrees. Then bottom part of 1 is B, C = 60 degrees, and then A, D = 120 degrees.

2. The top part of 2 is 55 degrees and y are 55 degrees, Z and the top left corner is 125 degrees. While the bottom part of 2 is x and the top left corner is 125 degrees, and then b and the bottom left corner is 55 degrees.

3. The left part of 3 is the 120 degrees and the top left corner are 120 degrees angle. While the top right corner and the bottom left corner is only 60 degrees. Then the right part of 3, a and b are 60 degrees, while the top left corner and c are 120 degrees.

4. The X is a 130 degrees, while the Y is 120 degrees, and then the Z is 120 degrees add 130 degrees so then Z is 250 degrees angle.

5.  The K is 60 degrees, while the Y is 120 degrees angle, and right below is the Z which is only 60 degrees angle, and finally the X is 90 degrees angle.

6. The Y is 60 degrees angle, while the T and R are 120 degrees angle by just doing 180 minus 60 degrees = the answer, same with Q and X is 120 degrees and the P and S right below it is 60 degrees.

Friday – Yuantari ( Bahasa English ) 3/2/2023

To start off the class I was still eating so the teacher decide to give me a 5 minute break. After that Yuantari decided to give me a fun little game to play, what I had to do was find the word and soon later I found one, Soon I found 2 then soon all of them except for one, it was the opposite of lazy, soon I searched it up to be hardworking. There was, Fat ( the opposite of fat was thin ), Happy ( the opposite of happy is sad ), Wet ( the opposite of wet is dry ), Hot ( the opposite of hot is cold ), short ( the opposite of short is long ), light ( the opposite of light is heavy ), old ( the opposite of old is new ), empty ( the opposite of empty is full ), tall ( the opposite of tall is short ), rich ( the opposite of rich is poor ), expensive ( the opposite of expensive is cheap ), dirty ( the opposite of dirty is clean ), small ( the opposite of small is big ), strong ( the opposite of strong is weak ), fast ( the opposite of fast is slow ), difficult ( the opposite of difficult is easy ), and then the final one is Lazy ( which the opposite of lazy is hardworking ).

Now we will do another fun little quiz.

Mas egi – Friday ( IPS ) 3/2/2023

In our lives we have need and wants. There is stuff we need to live, while there is stuff that we want. Things which can make our need and wants different can be like our gender, or our origins, rich city, poor city, education and more.

A shorter but less detailed explanation version:

1. Genders can affect our needs as men we may pack some clothes, shoes, and our little needs like laptops too. While women can pack so many things like shoes, make up, sandals, clothes, and more.

2. Level of education can change our needs because maybe when we are kinder garden, we only need 1 book while if we are in college we need many books, phone, and laptop to be able to study.

3. Our environment can make a big change to everything as they can change our income and our needs. If we live in the farm, we just need the basic needs. As if we are in a big city we may need a lot of needs like laptops, phone, and more.

4. Depending on our technology can change the future of us. Like a farmer probably only have a phone to be able to call and text. But a business man can have a laptop, printer, phone, monitor, and many more.

5. Our income can change basically everything. If we have a low income we may be more wise with our money and save up. If we have a high income we will invest it into the big stuff and it may result to have more fancy things like a expensive laptop, phone, house, and more.

6. Social status can change your needs to much more. If you are a normal person your needs can be food and water and working. But if you are a high status like for example a government. You need to manage many things and you may need more things.

7. Our appetite can decide what food we like to eat. Most people like to eat some basic food and some like to eat some expensive food like steak, fish and more. And it can change how we can manage our money.

8. Tradition and Custom is a tradition where u can get married in a traditional way or a custom way too. And it can also change your needs if you have a tradition too.

A more detailed explain version:

1. Genders can be able to influences our individuals needs. Like for a men and women will be very different. For men we can be very quick packing our stuff because we only need some much. While for women they be very wary of what they pick so they may try to bring so many things like shoes, sandals, clothes, toothbrush, blankets, pillows, make up, and more. While for men it may just be a few clothes, shoes, and they work stuff and finish.

2. Level of education. Our level of education can also influence our needs, like if we are in kinder garden we probably only need 1 book or nothing, while when we start going up in the levels we will start needing more things. Starting off at 1 book and maybe at university or college we may need a laptop, handphone, and many books for studying.

3. Our environment can also affect our needs. Like if we live in the mountains we could become farmers so we only need so little of needs. Just a farm area and some food and water. Same goes for the people who live near the ocean. They can become fishermen which only need so few items. Not the same for the people who lives in the giant cities as they can spend a lot of money for the most technology stuff for them to do their stuff.

4. The technology around us can be able to influence how we spend our money. As if you don’t have much money, you will only buy a phone or two. But if you are influenced by the technology around you, you could spend a lot more money on cameras, laptops, and more.

5. The main factor of our life in Income. Depending on our income can change our needs the most. If we have a lot of income it could possibly change our need to buy some expensive stuff like house, car, laptop, phone, and more. While if you have a low income maybe you have the house you already have and a motorcycle and a phone too and some lower stuff.

6. If you have a higher status it can change your needs as if you were a normal person you may only need food water and shelter. But if you are a higher level. You may need body guards, a big house, a lot of technology stuff, workers, and manager, and a lot more.

7. Appetite is how we like our food. If you are rich you may like the expensive food like fish, steak, caviar, and the others too. But if you have a lower tastebuds that is better because you can save money on food instead of spending a lot on steak and stuff.

8. Tradition and custom is a person way on how to do something like a wedding. And the tradition may need more stuff so you may need more needs or more stuff to buy.

Nur Afifah – Tuesday ( Science ) 7/2/2023

Short fact: Humans scientific name is called “ Homo Sapiens “, and the dog’s scientific name is “ Canis familiaris “.

The Domain for humans is called Eukaryote. The Domain for dogs is called Eukaryote.

The Kingdom for humans is called Animal. The Kingdom for dogs is called Animal.

The Phylum for humans is called Chordate. The Phylum for dogs is called Chordate.

The Class for humans is called Mammalia. The Class for dogs is called Mammalia.

The Order for humans is called Primate. The Order for dogs is called Carnivora.

The Family for humans is called Hominidae. The Family for dogs is called Canidae.

The Genus for humans is called Homo. The Genus for dogs is called Canis.

Human species are called Sapiens. Dog species are called C. familiaris.

The Linnaean classification:

( also domain )

1. Kingdom

2. Phylum

3. Class

4. Order

5. Family

6. Genus

7. Species

The 5 kingdoms are:

animals ( all multicellular animals )

plants ( all green plants )

fungi ( moulds, mushroom, yeast )

protists ( Amoeba, Chlorella, and plasmodium )

prokaryotes ( bacteria, blue green algae, virus )

Other objects also have scientific names such as food too. Like corn ( Zea mays ), rice ( Oryza sativa ), Apple ( Malus pumila ), Pear ( Pyrus communis L. ), and etc…

The basic of the classification system is based on the Domains and the Kingdoms. Organisms are classified into the Domains, or the Kingdoms based on 7 characteristics:

1. Whether they are unicellular ( single bacteria ) or multicellular ( more than 1 bacteria ).

2. Whether they are prokaryotic ( does not have nucleus ) or eukaryotic ( has nucleus ).

3. Whether they have a cell wall or cell membrane.

4. Whether they have membrane bound organelles.

5. Whether they are autotrophic ( can produce energy ) or heterotrophic ( cannot produce energy ).

6. Whether reproduce sexually ( getting married ) or asexually ( no need to get married ).

7. How they tolerated heat, salt, or other extreme conditions.

Domain Archaea means an ancient bacteria or an old bacteria.

Organisms in Archaea are:

Unicellular, Prokaryotic, Autotrophic, or heterotrophic, Organism that can reproduce asexually, Bacteria that have adapted to the extreme type of environments, survive in really hot areas like the hot springs and other areas called thermophiles, and They can even survive in extremely salty environments like the ocean of Salt Lake in Utah which are called halophiles.

Domain Eubacteria means true bacteria. Domain Eubacteria can be:

Unicellular, Prokaryotic, Autotrophic, or heterotrophic, Organisms that reproduce asexually, The most abundant organisms on earth. One bacterium can give rise to 10 million in 24 hours, and it can be found in almost every type of habitat on earth.

Domain Eukaryote ( Eukarya )

Eukaryotic, very diverse, unicellular or multicellular, autotrophic or heterotrophic, reproduce sexually or asexually, and it also can be split into 4 different kingdoms as: Protista, Fungi, Plantae, and Animalia.

The 4 Kingdoms in Eukaryotes:

1. Protista. They are mostly unicellular and microscopic Autotrophic or heterotrophic, they can also be a infectious agent. Examples: Amoeba, Algae, Daphnia, and Plasmodium ( can cause malaria )

2. Plantae. Multicellular green plants, Autotrophic through photosynthesis and they also have a cell wall. Examples: Mosses, Ferns, Trees, and Flowering Plants.

3. Fungi. It is multicellular, Heterotrophic, Decomposers, and they can be infectious agents. Examples: Mushrooms, Athlete's foot, And the mold on bread.

4. Animalia. They are a Multicellular Animals, Heterotrophic, and they do not have a cell wall. Examples: Insects, Spiders, Crabs, Birds, and also humans too.

Mas Heri – Tuesday ( PPKN ) 7/2/2023

[ I wrote down the most important parts, this is a shorted down version (the actual one is much longer) ].

Collaborating and working together:

Example: Working together or collaborating together to be able to do something.

Like every day. For us to be able to have a peaceful atmosphere around us where we live, we have to work together to be able to make it happen. We have to work together for stuff to become reality. We can make a big bridge or a lot of houses or anything, but we need work together to be able to make it a reality to make it easier and faster too.

The definition of Cooperation is “ an activity or business that is carried out by several people to achieve a common goal “. A collaboration is also not just don’t by people, but it can also be done by institutions or organizations. Like the interschool cooperation or the intergovernmental cooperation.

And also, that gotong royong means “ to work together “. ( I made it shorter ). Which is also an activity done in some neighbourhood to clean the area for it to be good and not super dirty.

A collaboration can happen because there is a common goal to achieve. Without together working together, human life would be more difficult and less advance than today. And tschoo be able to form a nation, several people must be able to worth together first. Just like formulating the basis of the state first. Or to start up a business you need to work together.

Everything around us is because of cooperation of humans working to achieve something.

The Importance of Cooperation and Mutual Cooperation are:

To Tolerance each other, to be able to help each other, to be able to solve problems together, to be strong about togetherness, and to be able to understand each other too.

The 4 most important life styles:

1. Peaceful ( Blue Character ). 2. Thought ( Green Character ). 3. Firm, and Discipline ( Yellow Character. 4. Creative and communicative ( Red Character ).

The meaning of the 4 processes in the daily life.

1. A peaceful life is the best life to have because you can help your friends and be positive and good at gratitude. ( Blue Character )

2. Thorough and academic. Thought is a very important thing because it makes you decide stuff and it is good if you are trying to make something, you can be able to think of something good. And so this makes you a great thinker. ( Green Character ).

3. Firm and discipline. This life style is not just only about sport, like physical exercise but it can also change your character to a diligent character and also a discipline person too. So this life style will make you strong by doing sport, and it also makes you focus on your goals which make you diligent an discipline. ( Yellow Character ).

4. Creative, and communicative. This life style is very creative and likes to show its ideas by communicating to other people about your ideas and is excited with the ideas. You are good at socializing, communicating, fundraising a cooperation. ( Red Character ).

Quick Assignment:

1. What collaboration are you currently doing? It can be anywhere like you school or parents. Write it down your cooperation and how to achieve the joint results?

We can work together by packing up everything to move somewhere because we are currently moving back to Timika. And we can achieve it by helping to find what to pack up and to make sure to not leave anything behind.

2. What are the forms of mutual cooperation in your respective area? Gotong what teamwork have you been following? How do you feel when following the mutual cooperation?

It feels good. The mutual cooperation I do is cleaning the plastic from the road and stuff. When I see a plastic, I put it in the bin and then soon later the garbage person picks it up. My mom is cleaning the outside and inside of the house to make sure it’s clean.

4. How to believe to the angel?

You have to believe in God first and then believe in angels. ( Heri addition: We should do goodness in our life to other people and avoid the bad things. We should also believe about the livelihood. And we should believe in death.

Mas Egi – Wednesday ( PJOK ) 8/2/2023

There are many different types of floor movements. Mas Egi will show 10 different floor movements:

1. Gerak Sikap Lilin ( Shoulder Stand )

Shoulder stand is used to be able to train the body to be balance and calm. In the movement with the legs to the waist will be straightened up while the head and arms are back below. This movement rests on the upper back.

Text

2. Gerak Headstand

This movement floor exercise is quite challenging too. It is hard due to the head and palms are the only foundation of the body so that the other parts of the body can go straight up. This makes you go upside down. This headstand movement allows the flow of blood and oxygen be able to flow smoothly to the brown which then improves the brains nerves system.

3. Gerak Handstand

This movement is very similar to Headstand, but you just use your hands. The benefits are pretty much the same, it improves blood flow to your bran which makes the brain vein better, and it is just that you are using your hands to lift up your body instead of your arm and head.

4. Gerak Guling ke Depan ( Forward Roll )

The forward roll is fairly simple and very easy. You just roll your body forward. You can do a dive forward roll or just a basic forward roll and it mainly uses your, back, and feet which is very easy to do.

Graphical user interface, application

5. Gerak Guling ke Belakang ( Backward Roll )

The Backward Roll is just like the Forward Roll. It is pretty simple. Instead of rolling forward, instead you roll backwards. Start from standing and then roll backwards. You can watch a tutorial to do it. This certain exercise will aim to train  your balance and your flexibility.

6. Gerak Push up

Push up is one of the most often heard floor exercise but it is not easy. You go on the floor with both arms and legs on the floor, and start pushing the floor and pushing back up. This exercise mainly aims for your body muscle strength, your chest body muscles, triceps muscles, and also the shoulder muscles too.

7. Gerak Kayang

Gerak Kayang is a movement which is pretty hard. I can’t really explain it so just look at the picture but the movement aims for your hands and feet and your body support. It will also help your back too.

8. Gerak Plank

Plank is basically nearly the same as push ups. But instead, you hold on to your arms. An example will be shown in the image below. Plank aims to strengthen your core muscles, improve your posture, and can also even give you a six pack on your stomach.

9. Gerak Jembatan ( Bridge )

The Bridge is a movement where you just lay down on the ground and to stretch your leg to a triangle. This is part of yoga which its main target is to increase your body flexibility, strengthen the ones in your thighs, buttocks, and hip and also the lower back muscles too.

Graphical user interface, text, application

Description automatically generated

10. Gerak bicycle Crunch.

The Bicycle Crunch is a movement where it is like you are pedalling a bicycle. However, instead of you being on a bicycle, you are instead on the floor in a supine position. This exercise requires a lot of energy. This movement mainly aims to burn off fat, mainly the fat in your stomach, and so if you do enough you your stomach can look skinny and also muscular.

Mas Egi – Thursday ( SENI ) 9/2/2023

The different types of movements: ( and also the assignment answer )

The hand part is Nangre, Nyampurit, Rumbay, Sembah Putra, Sembah Putri, Lontang, Sembada, Nyawang, Kepel, and then Ukel.

After that the Head part is, Gilek, Ungklek, Kedet, Galier, and then Gibas.

Third is foot part, Rengkuh, adeg-adeg, seser, trisi, and then gedig.

And the final one. The body part is, Hoyog, Entrog, Keter & Kiring, Engkyek, and final one is Ogek.

Nur Afifah – Thursday ( Math ) 9/2/2023

There are many types of different angles. For example

1. Zero Angles ( 0 degrees angle )

2. Right Angles ( 90 degrees angle ) ( In Indonesia it is called: Sudut siku-siku ).

3. Acute Angles ( Below 90 degrees angle ) ( In Indonesia it is called: Sudut lancip ).

4. Obtuse Angles ( Above 90 degrees angle ) ( In Indonesia it is called: Sudut tumpul ).

5. Straight Angles ( 180 degrees angle )

6. Supplementary Angles ( There a 2 angles with a total sum of 180 degrees )

7. Complimentary Angles ( There are 2 angles with a total sum of only 90 degrees )

1. The blue one is called a “ Trapezoid “. ( In Indonesia it is called “ Trapesium “. )

2. The red one is called a “ Square “. ( In Indonesia it is called “ Persegi “. )

3. The green one is called a “ Rectangle “. ( In Indonesia it is called “ Persegi Panjang “. )

4. The yellow one is called a “ Parallelograms “ ( In Indonesia it is called “ Jajargenjang “. ) . Because it has lines parallel to each other / on other sides of each other.

Shape

1. Equilateral Triangle, all sides are the same angle ( 60 degrees each )

2. Isosceles Triangle, only 2 of the sides are equal.

3. Scalene Triangle, none of the sides are equal

4. Acute Triangle, all 3 angles are less than 90 degrees.

5. Right Triangle, the right angle is 90 degrees.

6. Obtuse Triangle, 1 angle which is more than 90 degrees.

7. Right Isosceles Triangle, top and left sides are equal, the right bottom corner one is 90 degrees.

There are 6 sides on a cube, 12 lines in a cube, and 8 corner edges on a cube.

And then I made a cube with paper

It should look like this. Make sure to use rulers and pencil and rubber. I only used pen and used a straight surface. And then cut it up. Make it look like a cross.

Yuantari – Monday ( Bahasa Indonesia ) 13/2/2023

Today Yuantari will teach me about poems and I picked the topic about heroes.

The poem that I have found is about the heroes which saved Indonesia by fighting for its Independence.

I decided to translate it to English so I can understand better.

Heroes:

Because of your services we are free

Lives in the far west to east

Without fear and burning nervousness

You're willing to die for us.

You're willing to be poor for our sake.

You are willing to suffer for our sake.

For us you're willing to break down

Thanks to you, Indonesia can become independent!

Flapping wings shot up the sky.

Thanks to you Indonesia can be victorious!

Breaking through the ages to the sophisticated

You can't imagine if that courage doesn't grow in your heart.

I can't imagine if patience doesn't come with your pain.

I can't imagine if that spirit doesn't burn your embers.

We are young people, we are Indonesians.

Thank you for your services to the heroes!

Because of your great struggle

Indonesia can enjoy the air of independence.

And you also need to add emotion to the poem when you are saying it.

The next thing that yuan teach me is Narrative text.

Basically, Narrative text contains a story which has sequence of events in a chronological way. This text can be put in real stories or imaginary stories ( It can be fiction or non-fiction ).

A fantasy story is a story which is made up with stuff which you cannot do in real life. Here are some examples of characters that you may see in a fantasy story: 1. a goddess. 2. Some magical creatures. 3. A human with a certain power / super cool super power armour. Like iron man. 4. A fairy.

Another type of story is a Futuristic story which can be a future event.

Yuantari homework:

Read page 50 to page 52 and answer the 6 questions by translating the text to English and answer the questions in Indonesia. Due next week Monday at 20/2/2023

Nur Afifah – Tuesday ( Science ) 14/2/2023

A Microscopic organism is an organism which can only be seen by using a microscope.

We are going to be talking about Kingdoms.

Kingdom Monera ( Monera actually means one / single ).

1. Kingdom Monera is a single bacteria ( unicellular ) and it doesn’t not have a nucleus ( prokaryote ).

2.Monera are mostly bacteria.

3. Most of them have a rigid cell wall.

4. They are a microscopic organism so that they can only be seen by using a microscope.

5. They have various kinds of mods of nutrition, it could be Autotrophic ( make their own food ) or Heterotrophic ( depending on the other organism for food ).

6. They have two major groups:

a. Eurobacteria ( true bacteria ). which includes bacteria and also cynobacteia.

b. and Archaebacteria ( ancient bacteria )

7. Example: E.coli

E.coli Image:

Now its Kingdom Protista.

1. It is Unicellular ( Single bacteria ) and Eukaryotic ( Has a Nucleus ).

2. True nucleus is visible.

3. Protista are mainly Protozoans.

4. Only can be seen with microscope.

5. Can be Autotropic or Heterotopic.

6. Examples: Diatoms and amoeba.

Protista are also divided into 3 types:

1. Protista are similar to animals / protozoa.

2. Protista are similar to plant: algae / ganggang.

3. Protista are similar to fungi / mushroom.

Now the last one is Kingdom Fungi

1. Kingdom Fungi have Multicellular ( more than one bacteria ) with the exception of yeast which is a unicellular ( single bacteria ) fungi.

2. They have nucleus in present.

3. Their cell wall is made up of tough complex sugar called chitin.

4. Their body is an interwoven mass of a fine thread called Mycelium ( a bunch of fine thread are called Mycelium ).

5. The particular or individual thread structure is called Hyphae.

6. They have a saprophytic nutrition which live on the dead and decaying matter. They are also called Saprophytes.

Mas heri -Tuesday ( PPKN ) 14/2/2023

Today mas heri will be talking about Mental Revolution

Here are the chapters:

1. The definition of Mental Revolution

2. Application of Cooperation and Mutual Cooperation

3. Mas heri will give some questions as an exercise.

Short Introduction of Mental Revolution:

The term Mental Revolution was first made by President Soekarno in his State of the Union address on August 17, 1956. Physical Revolution or Social Revolution is needed in a Mental Revolution.

People want Indonesia to become a Developed nations ( A strong nation and not weak ).

Bung Karno wants Indonesians to feel powerful and strong and not weak. So, President Joko Widodo decided to reintroduce Mental Revolution. Gotong Royong is also part of this movement. Anything which helps Indonesia to be stronger and cleaner will be part of Mental Revolution.

1. The definition of Mental Revolution

The meaning of Mental revolution was a movement of Indonesia to be able to galvanize Indonesians and to make stuff new, better, white hearted, steel willed, eagle spirited, and a fiery spirit.

When Indonesia got Independence they had experienced a Physical revolution. And not even 10 years into Indonesia Independence, it was saw that Indonesia was declining. But yet the goal was Independence.

And then President Soekarno decided to invite the whole nation to revolutionize again. Not a physical revolution, but instead a mental revolution to be able to build a strong nation.

There are variations of Mental Revolution which are:

1. Integrity.

Integrity is the first one and the meaning is a person who is honest, not lying, not trying to make everything corrupt and Integrity also means that the person is consistent. They will follow all the rules, act according to position or authority, and they will always uphold the truth. And it is also harmony with the precepts the first in Pancasila which is the belief in one Almighty God.

2. Worth ethic

Worth ethic is the second of the Mental Revolution Movement. Worth ethic is someone with a work spirit. They are highly motivated, and they are disciplined, diligent, and they also never give up. They are hard working people who always do their work, and so they are successful people.

3. Mutual Cooperation

Mutual Cooperation is also called Teamwork and it is the third. Mutual cooperation is teamwork done together. For example like Gotong Royong which is a lot of residents and they all work together to help clean their area.

Exercise: Gives an example of how the 3 elements of Mental Revolution can improve us:

1. We can improve our self with Integrity by being honest and to be more consistent.

2. We can improve our self with Work Ethic by working harder and to also motivate others if they don’t want to work anymore. It also teaches us to be diligent and discipline.

3. We can improve our self with Teamwork because it reminds us to work together because it is better and faster. Teamwork can also be found in Gotong Royong too.

Family Environment

First thing to do in your family is to know everyone. Example: First your dad, then mom, brother / sister.

Next thing to do is to help your family to do the dishes or to help clean your bed or the living room and more.

Then School Environment

What you want to do is you can greet all your friends, teachers, workers in the school to know them all. And then once you know everyone, it will be easier for you to help them and maybe play with them and more.

And then you can do gotong royong with everyone and then everyone understands that they are a good team and there needs to be a representative of every strong character.

Then the third one Social Environment

You can help the social environment by cleaning the plastic on the floor and participating in social activities which helps out everyone.

Exercise with other people and then make friends with people and support local business there too.

Nation and State

One of the applications part of cooperation and mutual cooperation for the nation and state is to be able to vote for a new president in the president elections, regional head elections, up to the election of members of the legislature for every adult citizen. But you have to be 17 or older to be able to vote.

Mas heri – Tuesday ( Agama Islam )

First thing Mas heri did was remind me about the 10 angels which is: Jibril, Mikail, Isra’il, Israfil, Munkar, Nangkir, Raqib, Atid, Ridwan, and then Malik.

After that read the surah Al-Ala and then after that we read the surah Asy-Syams.

Now Mas heri will talk about Angel Duties

Quote:

The people must believe in God’s supernatural creatures like the angel.

One's belief in the existence of angels with foster good attitudes and behaviour.

And then once his belief are correct. then he may be ashamed to sin because everything he does will be watched over by the angels. ( In short, the angels see everything ).

Every angel has its own duty. Here are the 10 angels’ duty:

a. The first one is Jibril which Jibril job is to deliver Revelation to the prophets and the apostles. Archangel Gabriel also has other names namely, Ruh Al Quds, Ruh al Amin, and also Namus.

b. The second one / Mikail Angel duty is the sky with the clouds for example like: send down the rain, arranging the clouds, moving the wind, and distributing sustence assigned to Mikail.

c. The third angel / Israfil' Angel is duty to blow the trumpet on the Day of Judgement and on the day of awakening in Padang Mahsyar.

d. The Fourth angel / Isra'il Angel duty is to take the lives of all living things, both humans, jinn, demons, devils, and even angels when the end time comes.

e. The Fifth angel / Munkar angel duty is to ask the people who are dead in their grave.

f. The Sixth Angel / Nangkir duty is nearly the same as Munkar but instead he is in charge of asking people in the grave area so grave people come up to him.

g. The Seventh Angel / Raqib duty is to record the human from their puberty to the end of their life. So, your entire life is being recorded by Angel Rakib.

h. The Eighth Angel / Atid duty is to record everyone puberty to death recorded by Atid but instead to record every bad work that the person has done. This implies to everyone else too.

i. The Ninth Angel / Ridwan duty is to maintain and to manage the welfare of the residents in Heaven.

j. And then the last one, The Tenth Angel / Malik duty is to guard and to regulate torture / punish for the inhabitants of hell. ( Short Fact: Malik is also called " Zabaniyah " ).

So, the next time when you feel alone. Just know that there are angels around you, protecting you, guarding you.

So always have faith in Allah SWT, and so his angels will ensure us that we are never alone. Allah SWT is always with us, and his two angels assigned to watch us. ( Rakib and Atid ).

Heri Homework:

Please, find the verses and their translations about the 10 angels which must be believed! Then, also find the connect of each these verses to relate to everyday life! Answer you are presented in tabular form, then presented in front of the class.

Example: Example search: The surah that related about the exist of Jibril duty.

Answer: Al-Falaq(QS Al-Falaq [113]: 1-5) for Jibril.

Nur Afifah – Thursday ( Mathematics ) 16/2/2023

Here is a picture of a lot of 3d shapes.

a. This 3d shape is called a Prisma.

b. This 3d shape may have some similarity to a but it is called a triangular Pyramid.

c. This 3d shape is called a Cylinder.

d. This 3d shape is called a Cone.

e. This 3d shape is similar to the cube but it is called Bar.

f. This 3d shape is very similar to b / Triangular Pyramid but it has a square bottom. So instead this is called a square Pyramid

The bottom of a 3d shape is called “ Alas “. The side of a 3d shape is called “ Permukaan “. And then if the 3d shape has a pointy top, it is called a “ Puncak “.

This image shows on how to make 3d objects out of just 2d shapes. You can replicate this by using paper and tape.

Cube: The first shows on how to make a cube out of paper / any other material. All you have to do is get a pencil, ruler, paper scissors, and some tape. And draw squares and cut out the squares. Make 3x4 squares. Cut the ones which aren’t needed. Once then fold it up together and put some tape so then it will stick together. And boom you made a cube out of just paper and some other tools.

Bar: The second one is on how to make a 3d rectangle / Bar out of just paper / any other material. Same thing, just pencil, ruler, paper, scissors,  and some tape. This time draw some rectangles in a middle and surround the rectangles with squares. Once then cut the unneeded squares. After that just fold it together and once you do that get some tape. Once you tape it together you are done!

Cone: The third one shows how to make a cone. Get a pencil, ruler, paper / any other material, and tape. For this one, it can be a little hard. I can’t really explain on what to draw but look at the image. Once then cut a circle. After that, you can wrap around the unexplained shape around the circle. Then use some tape to tape everything together. And done.

Prisma: Same thing as for anything else. Same tools. ( Pencil, ruler, paper, scissors,  and some tape ). Pretty similar to the bar. Make some rectangles in the middle and surround it with triangles. Cut the unneeded triangles. Once then fold everything together, tape it together and done.

Square Pyramid: Get some paper. Make a square in the middle using your ruler and pencil. Then make triangles all around the cube. Cut the unneeded stuff around the paper with your scissors. Then fold it all together, use your tape, and done!

It should be pretty clear on how to make it now. So, I think 5 is enough to make myself understand.

Here is how to get the volume of a cube:

Get the length of a cube. Example: 7 cm

S = Side

S x S x S = Volume Answer

How to get the Line length from the volume of a cube:

The volume: ( ). Example: 512cm Volume

All you have to do is multiply and add 1 every time. I will show a demonstration like this:

1 x 1 x 1 =

1

2 x 2 x 2 =

8

3 x 3 x 3 =

27

4 x 4 x 4 =

64

5 x 5 x 5 =

125

6 x 6 x 6 =

216

7 x 7 x 7 =

343

8 x 8 x 8 =

512

9 x 9 x 9 =

729

10 x 10 x 10 =

1000

As you can see. The correct answer is 8 x 8 x 8 because it is 512. So that means the line is 8 cm.

If you want to a cube side area. Multiply the length how much lines the cube have / 6 sides. Like this

Example: 10 cm ( Side length )

Side area = 6 ( how much sides there are ) x S x S

= 6 x 10 x 10 =

= 600 cm²

If a cube has a side area of 150 cm. This is how to find the length of the cube.

Side area = 6 x Side x Side

150        = 6 x Side x Side

150         = 6 x S² ( Side )

S²            = 150 ( Side area ) x 6 ( The amount of sides )

S²            = 25 ÷ ( ??? )

S             =

1 x 1 =

1

2 x 2 =

4

3 x 3 =

9

4 x 4 =

16

5 x 5 =

25

Correct answer: 5 x 5 = 25

S             Answer = 5 cm

How to get the Volume of the Triangular Prism

A Triangular Prism is made out of 2 Triangles and 3 Rectangles

Volume of a Triangular Prism Formula - GeeksforGeeks

Volume of Triangular Prism:

Volume = Base Area x Height

               = Triangle Area x Height

               =  x Height

               =  x 6 cm

               = 4 x 2 = 8 | 8 / 2 = 4

               = 4 x 6

               = 24

Surface Area of Triangular Prism:

Surface = ( 2 x Triangle Area ) + ( 3 x Area of Rectangle )

               = ( 2 x  ) + ( 3 x Length x Width )

               = ( 2 x  ) + ( 3 x 6 cm + 4 cm )

            = ( 8  ) + ( 48  )

               = 56

How to get the Volume of a Cylinder

A Cylinder contains 2 circles and 1 rectangle.

Surface Area of a Cylinder - Formula, Examples | Curved surface Area

Volume of Cylinder

= Base Area x Height

= Circle Area x Height

=  x Height

If a Cylinder has a 12 cm radius ( r ) and a height of 70 cm ( h )

Define its Volume:

Volume =  x Height

               =  x r x r x Height

= 3.14 x  x 70

               = 12 x 12

               = 3.14 x 144 x 70

               = 31,651.23

Surface Area of Cylinder:

R = 12 cm

H = 70 cm

Surface Area of Cylinder               = ( 2 x Circle Area ) + ( 1 x Rectangle Area )

= ( 2 x  x r2 ) + ( 1 x Length x Width )

= ( 2 x  x r2 ) + ( 2 x  x r x h )

= 2 x  x r x ( r + h )

= 2 x  x r x ( 12 x 70 )

= 2 x  x r x 82

= 6,179.52 cm2

Kingdom Plantae

Kingdom Plantae includes all the plants. They are eukaryotic, multicellular, and autotrophic organisms. The plant cell contains s a rigid cell wall. Plants have a chloroplast and chlorophyll pigment, which is required for photosynthesis.

Classification of Kingdom Plantae

A plant Kingdom is also further classified into subgroups. Classification is based on the following criteria below:

a. Plant Body: Presence or absence of a well differentiated plant body. E.g. Root, Stem, and Leaves.

b. Vascular System: Presence or absence of a vascular system for the transportation of water and other substances. E.g., Phloem and Xylem.

c. Seed Formation: Presence or absence of flowers and seeds and if the seeds are naked or enclosed in a fruit.

Five Subgroups according to the above mentioned criteria:

1. Thallophyta

2. Bryopta

3. Pteridophyta

4. Gymnosperms

5. Angiosperms

Thallophyta

Thallophyta includes plants with primitive and simple body structures. The plant body is thallus, they may be filamentous colonial, branched or unbranched. Examples include green algae, red algae, and brown algae. Common examples are the Volvox, Fucus, Spirogyra, Chara, Polysiphonia, Ulothrix, etc...

Bryophyta

Bryophytes do not have vascular tissues. The plant body has a root like, stem like and leaf like structures. Bryophytes and terrestrial plants but they are known as " amphibians of the plant kingdom " as they require water for sexual production. They are present in moist and shady places. Bryophyta includes mosses, hornworts, and liverworts. Some of the common examples includes Marchantia, Funaria, Sphagnum, Anthoceros, etc...

Pteridophyta

Pteridophytes have a well-differentiated plant body into root, stem, and leaves. They have a vascular system for the conduction of water and other substances. Some of the common examples are Selaginella, Equisetum, Pteris, etc...

Gymnosperms

Gymnosperms have a well differentiated plant body and vascular tissues. They bear naked seeds, i.e. seeds are note enclosed within a fruit. Some of the common examples of gymnosperms are Cycas, Pinus, Ephedra, etc...

Angiosperms

Angiosperms are seed bearing vascular plants with a well differentiated plant body. The seeds of a angiosperms are enclosed with the fruits. Angiosperms are widely distributed and vary greatly in size, e.g., Wolffia is a small measuring about 0.1cm and a Eucalyptus trees are around 100 metres tall. Angiosperms are further divided into monocotyledons and dicotyledons according to thte number of cotyledons present in the seeds. Some of the common examples are mango, rose, tomato, onion, wheat, maize, etc...

Photosynthesis is a process which the plant takes in carbon dioxide and water and in the presence of sunlight makes sugar and oxygen

Carbon Dioxide + Water + Sunlight -> Sugars + Oxygen

Plant Systems

1. Root System - Roots - Bring in water and nutrients.

2. Shoot System - Stems and Leaves - Make Energy - Rich materials - Moves material up and down through the plant.

*The root and shoot systems are Organ Systems*

Nonvascular plants

Have no pipes to transport water and nutrients.

They depend on diffusion and osmosis to move materials from one part of the plant to another.

- Ex. Mosses and liverworts

Vascular Plants

Have tissues that deliver needed materials throughout a plant, much as pipes deliver water to faucets in your home.

Mas Heri - Wednesday ( Agama slam ) 8/3/2023

So first we do the surah Al-Ala

And today Mas Heri will teach me about AVOID GIBAH AND IMPLEMENT TABAYUN

Avoid Gibah and Implement Tabayun

"The only flaw in life is a bad attitude"

-Scott Hamilton

The meaning of Gibah is:              Gibah means backbiting, talking about people's ugliness and short

comings other. In Gibah, there is talk about people's ugliness or

disgrace others. If he finds out, he doesn't like it. So that’s the definition of Gibah.

There is a surah which is related to Gibah:

It is Q.S Al-Hujurat/ 49:12:

“Oh, you who believe, stay away from presumptions (suspicion), because part of a presumption is a sin. and don’t look for bad things in people and do not gossip about each other. Is there anyone among you who likes to eat the flesh of his brother who is dead? So of course, you feel disgusted with him. And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is the Acceptor of repentance again Most Merciful."

You've heard the expression "tongue without bones".

Expression this suggests that a soft tongue can actually hurt the heart. In fact, it may leave a deep mark. Th talk hurt sometimes unknowingly.

We must also understand that tongue can cause a person to go to heaven or hell. Because every word spoken will be recorded by the angels.

2. Islamic Inspiration to Avoid Backbiting

Gibah is influence by the surrounding environment. So that you are spared from this bad  behaviour, it is necessary to know the causes of backbiting between others.

a. Talking badly about the others with the desire to elevate degrees himself.

b. An envious attitude to the successes and successes of others.

c. Selfish attitude that tends to demean others.

d. Revenge against others for behaviour towards him.

e. Uncontrollable anger.

f. Joking without realizing it by looking down on others.

Assignment:

Explain the meaning of backbiting?

The meaning of backbiting is talking about the bad stuff of a person, like ugly, or dumb, or lazy, etc...

Which surah relates to backbiting?

Q.S Al-Hujurat/ 49:12

Why is backbiting prohibited in Islam?

Because it is very mean, and it can hurt the people heart.

How to avoid Gibah?

Make good friends and be nice to them and they be nice to you. And if they do Gibah then teach them not to do it anymore.

Yuantari – Monday ( Bahasa Indonesia ) 13/3/2023

Homework from last week:

Summarize the comic into English:

There was a giant who was hunting for a girl named "Emas".

The mother wanted Emas to run away, so she went to a hermit which gave her 4 bags of spells which will help Emas to trap the giant. One day, it was time for Emas to go.

The Mother said you have to go, the giant is looking for you. She gives the spells to Emas and then she hugged and started running away.

Once then she threw the first object down. It created vines all over him, but he broke out of it. She soon threw the second one which made him stuck inside of bamboos. She was able to get far until he catched up, so then she threw the third object which created a river with a massive tidal wave. She was nearly back home so she threw the last one at the giant which made him sink down underground.

Once then she got back home and hugged her mom that she was able to make it back alive. Now because of her courage and bravery, she has many friends and the success spreaded around the whole village.
