Assignment

Write about the benefits of Rhythmic Gymnastics for Body Health!

There are many different benefits that you can gain from Rhythmic Gymnastics.

Balance is one of the key elements of gymnastic that needs to be fulfilled. Benefits can be that you gain more balance inside of your body and minimize the risk of bending your spine.

Muscle Strength is another element of gymnastic, if you oftenly do rhythmic gymnastic, the muscle tissue inside the body will get more stronger and become more flexible. This will make your body less likely getting injured in your physical and daily activities.

Flexibility for children is a big thing especially if they are getting into gymnastic. For some children the difficult part is that they have to use their body elasticity and for some children they may require special training. When it is done regularly it can help the children gain more flexibility and stability, and making their muscle stronger, on top of that the children can also increase their appetite and metabolism.

Today Mas Egi remind me about the

Benefits of Rhythmic Gymnastics

1. Practice balance

Balance is one of the main key elements of gymnastics that needs to be fulfilled. With this element, you can also train the balance inside of your body so that it can help you to maintain your posture and minimize the risk of bending your spine.

2. Increase muscle strength

If you oftenly do rhythmic gymnastics, the muscle tissues inside of your body will get more stronger and more flexible because there are many. Because there are many different movements that can be done during gymnastics than can help the body reach morne movements.

The longer you practice the easier it will be for you to do your movements and minimize the risk of you injuring yourself on accident.

3. Optimizing brain function

Another benefit is that it can optimize your brain function because when the exercise takes place there will be a rhythm that must be considered. If you listen to music it is believed to be able to reduce your stress hormones, such as the hormones cortisol and epinephrine. These two hormones will later become antidepressants in the form of norepinephrine.

4. Helps to nourish mentally

The fourth benefit to your body is that it can help with your mental health. A study was done and it showed that the children which did rhythmic gymnastics can have a much better problem solving skills and more focus, and for the adults rhythmic gymnastics is believed to relieve the adult stress and maintain their mental health.

5. Increase flexibility

It’s pretty obvious but Rhythmic Gymnastics or any Gymnastics can help children increase their flexibility to be able to do more moves. The difficult thing is that they require body elasticity and some children requires special training.

6. Trains Children’s Concentration

When carrying out the movements on the body it is not just your body but also your concentrations that you have to think carefully about.

When you do gymnastics, apart from you paying attention to your movements you also have to concentrate on how you do it and your memory and attention are also trained too.

7. Helps increase self confidence and self-esteem in children

There are many different elements that must be fulfilled before doing this exercise such as their flexibility, balance, agility, and also grace, with so many other elements the children will definitely learn some stuff from it. It will also help the children be more active and confident.

Children being able to do it will help the children increase their self-esteem and self-confidence to increase and more.
